TAUNTON – Roseanne L. (Roberts) Ormseth, wife of Svein Ormseth, died at her Taunton home on Aug. 16, 2012.
She was 69.
Born and raised in Freetown, she was the daughter of the late Vernon and Minnie Lorraine (Hathaway) Roberts.
For over twenty years, Mrs. Ormseth worked as a mental health aide for the Commonwealth of Mass.
She enjoyed crocheting, crafts, reading, playing cards, singing karaoke, and collecting angels.
In addition to her husband, she leaves three sons, Derwood, Michael and Timothy Mosher, all of Taunton; three stepsons, Anthony Rose of Raynham, Svein J. Ormseth of Taunton, and Marshall Ormseth of Fairhaven; three stepdaughters, Lisa Vickey of Taunton, Linda Green of Raynham, and Pat Dagnault of Fall River; four brothers, Vernon and Wayne Roberts, both of Assonet, Ronald Roberts of Berkley, and Alfred Roberts of Lakeville; a sister, Eileen Therrien of FL; sixteen grandchildren; several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews; and her faithful dog, Tiffany.
She was also the sister of the late Annette Roberts.
Funeral Services will be held at the Silva Funeral Home, 80 Broadway, Taunton on Tuesday, Aug. 21st at 11 a.m.
Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
Calling Hours will be held at the funeral home on Monday, Aug. 20th from 5 to 8 p.m.
