EDWARDS, Mayme Kuchenbrod, 85, passed away August 14, 2012 at Hosparus Unit Downtown. She was a Catholic by faith and retired from Lorillard Tobacco after 42 years in the Beachnut Department.
She is preceded in death by her first husband, George C. Kuchenbrod; late husband, Charles E. Edwards; and many brothers and sisters.
Survivors include her nephew, Eddie Smothers (Marilyn) who loved and cared for her and numerous family and friends.
Funeral service will be 10am Thursday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with entombment in Louisville Memorial Gardens, West. Visitation will be Wednesday from 6-8 at the funeral home.
