Charlene A. Wojciechowski, 73, passed into the hands of Our Lord August 11, 2012. She was the beloved wife of Matthew Wojciechowski.
Born in Providence, she was a daughter of Dorothy (Pearce) Wiggins of Northampton, MA and the late James A. Wiggins.
She was a graduate of St. Mary’s Academy of the Visitation. She was a receptionist for the former D.A. Gunning Studio where she worked with her husband for many years.
Besides her husband and mother, she is survived by her children: Michael Wojciechowski and his wife, Judith of Harrisville, Matthew E. Wojciechowski, Jr. and Robert A. Wojciechowski, both of Providence, her two grandchildren: Cody and Rheanna, her brothers: Dennis Wiggins and his wife Ann, Donald Wiggins and hiw wife Linda, David Wiggins and his wife Darlene, all of Warwick and a sister, Sherril Polito and her husband, Joseph of Easthampton, MA.
A Mass of Christian Burial to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Thursday at 11am in The Church of St. Mary’s Broadway in Providence. Burial private. Visitation respectfully omitted. In lieu of flowers donations in her memory may be made to Church of the Master, Community Breakfast Program, 15 Valley Street, Providence, RI 02909.
