JOHNSON, IRENE (KEITH) PRIDDY, 92, passed away on August 12, 2012.
She was a retired employee for Phillip Morris and a member of Friendship Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Carlos Priddy and Asa Johnson, and her son Charles Priddy.
Survivors include her grandchildren, Clare Oestringer (David), Charles Anthony "Tony" Priddy (Rachelle) and Leandra Schoenbachler (John); four great-grandchildren; her brother, Estil Keith; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be noon CST Wednesday at Cedar Springs Baptist Church, Highway 259, Edmonson County, KY, with burial in Lambert Cemetery, Edmonson County, KY. Visitation will be 2- 8 p.m. Tuesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy.
