Jane Haster Lott, age 86, formerly of Nicholls, Ga, passed away at Summer's Landing in Douglas, Ga. on Saturday, August 11, 2012, after an extended illness. She was born on May 6, 1926 to the late Alfed Fredrick Haster and Jackie Lipscomb Haster. She is the widow of the late Edward L. Lott.
She is survived by One daughter: Laura Burkett and husband Steve; One son: Charles Lott and wife Debbie; Six Grandchildren: Chase Lott, Michael Lott and wife, Jade; Sarah Lott Brown and husband, Jason; Caroline Lott Douglas and husband, Brandon; Janie Paige Burkett and Ray Hardy and Will Burkett. Three Great-grandchildren: Weston Lott Brown, Emelia Jane Brown and Emma Louise Hardy.
Visitation will be Sunday, August 12, 2012 from 6 to 9 PM at Sims Funeral Home.
Funeral Service for Mrs. Jane Haser Lott will be Monday, August 13, 2012 at 2:00 PM at Sims Chapel. Interment will follow in Roberts Cemetery, Nicholls, Ga.
