Vance “Pappy” Hall, 85, passed away Thursday August 9, 2012 at Baptist Hospital East.
He was born in Dellrose, TN to Jody & Virginia (Mullins) Hall.
Vance was a retired painter at Ford Motor Co., Louisville Assembly Plant with 30 years service.
He was a WW II & Korean War Army Veteran, and was a Baptist by faith.
He was preceded in death by his Parents; his loving wife of 46 years, Delpha Mae (Newton) Hall; 3 Brothers and a Sister.
Survivors include his children: Donnie Cornwell, Diane Comer, Gale Hunt, and Ruthie Harper (Danny, his Best Friend);
10 Grandchildren: Donetta, Dondra, Tamera, Cindy, Bobby, Christy, Dawn, Greg, Shawn, and Mike; 18 Great Grandchildren.
Funeral Service will be held 12 Noon Saturday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy., with burial to follow in Calvary Cemetery.
Visitation will be Friday 3 – 9 PM. Expressions to: Alzheimer’s Association.
