Edward Steven Voke, of Everett, a retired carpenter, died at his residence. He was 61 years old.
Born in Boston to the late Edward R. and Vera (Melenchuck) Voke, he was raised and educated in Everett where he had been a lifelong resident.
Mr. Voke was a member of the Boston Carpenters Union No. 33 and had served in the Massachusetts National Guard. He enjoyed fishing and boating.
He is survived by his sister, Margaret Hamblin and her husband, James of Denver and his brother, Robert M. Voke and his wife, Karen of Canton. He is also survived by 4 nieces, a nephew, 1 grandniece and 2 grandnephews.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Memorial Services in Celebration of Ed's Life Saturday morning at 11 a.m. at the Roache - Pushard Family Home for Funerals, 210 Sherman Street, Canton. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 10-11 a.m.
Private interment will take place at Holy Cross Cemetery in Malden.
