WESTBOROUGH: Robert J. Panarello, 66, died peacefully on Thursday, August 2, 2012 at the Miriam Boyd Parlin Hospice Residence following a brief illness.
He was born in Brooklyn, New York on January 29, 1946, son of the late Frank and Frances (Fardella) Panarello.
Robert is survived by his son Gregory Panarello of Hull, granddaughter Meghann Panarello of Easton and former spouses, Katherine Ward of Westborough and Nancy Boehne of Hull.
Robert lately resided in Westborough and previously in Framingham, Ashland and Brookline. He spent his formative years in Harrison, New York graduating from Harrison High School in 1964. He attended Chamberlayne College in Boston, majoring in interior design. He served his country during the Vietnam Era with the United States Army. Following his military service he owned and operated The Furniture Hospital in Brookline Village and later retired after many years as a consultant for The Fabric Place of Framingham. He enjoyed camping, fishing, softball, golf and, above all, being in the The White Mountains along the Saco River with family and friends.
At the request of his family funeral services will be private.
