Gavaghan, Ethel L. of Ocean Bluff, Marshfield, July 31, 2012 at the age of 87. Wife of the late George Gavaghan. Loving mother of Maureen Gavaghan of Marshfield, Brian Gavaghan of Plymouth and Kathleen Gavaghan of Marshfield. Loving grandmother of Seamus Gavaghan of Plymouth. Daughter of the late William and Anna (Joubert) Bierman. Ethel was born in Boston and a long time resident of Ocean Bluff, Marshfield. She worked as a school bus driver for Duxbury Schools for many years.
Visiting hours will be held at the MacDonald Funeral Home, 1755 Ocean St. Rte 139 Marshfield on Friday, August 3 from 5 to 8 p.m. Funeral from the funeral home on Saturday, August 4 at 9:00 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Ann by the Sea Church 591 Ocean St. Marshfield at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be held in St. Josephs Cemetery in Kingston.
