Johnny F. Hozey
Augusta, GA – Entered into rest Friday, July 27, 2012, Mr. Johnny F. Hozey, 67, husband of Mrs. Toni A. Hozey.
Mr. Hozey retired after 22 years in the Army as MSGT 1ST Class. He loved his grandchildren and he also loved to fish and cook. After the Army he was an Auto Technician. Mr. Hozey was a loving husband.
Family members in addition to his wife include son: Shane Hozey (Jenny) of Grovetown, GA; daughter: Lindsay Edge (Brad) of Grovetown, GA; grandchildren: Shelby, LB, Cody, Makenzie; sister: Josephine Doyal; brother: Ira Hozey; brother in law: Wayne Anderson; sister in law: Tami Kemberling (Tedd); numerous nieces and nephews: special niece and nephew: LuAnna and Ted-E Kemberling.
A memorial service will be held Sunday, July 29, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. in the chapel of Bellevue Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Augusta Warrior Project, 1190 Interstate Parkway, Augusta, GA 30909.
The family will receive friends Sunday following the service in the Chapel.
