TEWKSBURY – Milton L. Lehouillier, age 63, a former Lowell businessman, died Monday, July 23, at the Lowell General Hospital, following a lengthy illness.
He was born in Lowell, September 20, 1948, one of nine children of the late Roger and Blanche (Ayotte) Lehouillier. He was raised in Lowell and graduated from Lowell High School. He had lived in Lowell and Dracut throughout his life before moving to Tewksbury last year.
When in better health, he owned Milty’s Auto Sales on Tanner Street in Lowell. He was well known throughout the greater Lowell area as a salesman for several major dealerships.
He was an avid fan of professional sports, especially New England and Boston’s Pro teams, was a fisherman and out doors man, but his favorite times were the hours spent with his grandchildren. He had a great relationship and many fun times with his beloved brother Tom Lehouillier of Chelmsford, MA .
He is survived by four children, Kevin and his wife Michelle Lehouillier of Pepperell, Ann Bibeau of Derry, NH, James and his wife Colette Lehouillier of Amherst, NH, and John Lehouillier and Jessica Pennucci of Tewksbury, with whom he resided; eight adored grandchildren, Eric, Steven, Nicholas, Brian, Julie, Alana, Noah, and Jacob; seven brothers and sisters; and many nieces and nephews.
He was also the former husband of Louise (Desmarais) Lehouillier of Dracut and a brother of the late Robert Lehouillier.
Relatives and friends will be received Thursday morning, July 26, from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 Noon in the funeral home. Committal prayers will follow in the Chapel at St. Joseph’s Cemetery, East Chelmsford.
