Mr. Edward Ellis a resident of Andover and beloved husband of Noreen (Kelly) Ellis died at Lawrence General Hospital on Wednesday, July 18, 2012. He was 65 years old.
Mr. Ellis had been a Data Manager for a communications company and he spent time as a coach for the Andover Junior Football League. He later joined the Andover Chamber of Commerce as Santa Claus for disadvantaged children. When the program ceased, Mr. Ellis and his friends continued the tradition.
He will be missed by his sister Helen A. Watkinson and husband Robert of Moultonboro, NH. His niece Karen V. Gundersen and Mary H. Vignart, along with several great nieces and nephews.
His Funeral Service was celebrated in the Burke-Magliozzi Funeral Home, 390 North Main Street, Andover, Monday July 23rd at 10:00 AM. Burial was in the West Parish Garden Cemetery in Andover.
