Anita M. (Bonacorsi) Gile, 93, a longtime resident of Lawrence, Massachusetts, died on Sunday July 22, 2012 at the Glenwood Nursing Home in Lowell, MA.
She was born on April 28, 1919 in Lawrence, MA. to Philadelphio and Isabelle (Perry) Bonacorsi. She was educated in Lawrence local schools. She worked for ITT Electronics in Lawrence for some 18 years until her retirement. She was an avid BINGO player Mrs. Gile was a long time parishioner of St. Mary’s Church in Lawrence.
She is the wife of the late: Raymond V. Gile, predeceased by her daughter; Carol Ann (Bamberg) Nolet & son Fred J. D’Agata, Jr., sisters; Freda L. Newberry and Rita (Bonnie) Jacobs. She is survived by her sister Bette Stoodley of FL, and her loving brother Robert Bonacorsi and his wife Janet of FL, also her nephew; Ron Aboud and his wife Rosemary of Haverhill, MA, as well as several loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will take place at the funeral home in Lawrence, at 11:00AM on Thursday, July 26, 2012. A service of committal will take place at the Eternal Light Mausoleum in Salem, NH.
