Donna White Luke, 45, of Tifton died Wednesday, July 18, 2012, at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 21, 2012, in the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals. Rev. John Thomas will officiate with burial to follow in Oak Ridge Cemetery. Josh Copper, Jonathan Merritt, Kristopher Blunt, Ricky Powell, David Luke and Robby Powell will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends on Saturday, July 21, 2012, from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of the service at Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals.
Mrs. Luke was born on July 23, 1966 in Atlanta and was the daughter of Donald White of Virginia Beach, Virginia and the late Mary Ann Pate White. In addition to her mother, she was also preceded in death by one brother, Thomas Russell White. She was a homemaker, wife and loving mother and was a member of Tifton’s First Assembly of God.
In addition to her father, Mrs. Luke is survived by her husband, Rev. Mike Luke of Tifton; her step-mother, Peggy White of Virginia Beach, Virginia; one son, Jason Thomas White of Valdosta; two daughters, Jessica Ann Arnold and Sara Elizabeth Luke, both of Tifton; one grandson, Kaden Michael-Thomas Blunt; and her grandmother, Lucille Ketchum of Virginia Beach, Virginia.
