Margaret M. Ristaino, 86, of Franklin died July 17, in Milford Regional Medical Center.
Born in Franklin, June 30, 1926, the daughter of the late Carlo and Caroline (Reppucci) Ristaino, Miss Ristaino was a lifelong Franklin resident.
She had worked as a jewelry worker at Whiting and Davis Company for over 40 years before retiring. She loved to garden, grow flowers and to do her own canning.
Miss Ristaino was a lifelong communicant of St. Mary’s Church.
She is survived by her sisters, Florence Ristaino of Franklin, Emma Chupka of North Smithfield, Rhode Island and Marie Massaro of Springfield, Virginia. She was the sister of the late Celia Ristaino, Amelia Cataldo, Lillian Bubnowicz, Josephine Quinn and Henry, Richard, George, Charles, Patrick and Louis Ristaino.
She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Her funeral will be held on Saturday, July 21 from the Ginley Funeral Home of Franklin 131 Main St. in Franklin at 9:15 a.m. followed by a funeral Mass in St. Mary’s Church at 10:00
Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
Calling hours will be on Friday from 4-7 p.m.
