Mrs. Margaret E. (Napolitano) LaRue, 93, of Lawrence passed away peacefully on Monday in the Merrimack Valley Hospice House in Haverhill surrounded by her loving family.
She was born on July 9th, 1919 in Lawrence to the late Jennie Napolitano. Margaret was educated in the Lawrence Schools and was a graduate of Lawrence High School. She worked for some 60 plus years for the City of Lawrence at the Lawrence High School and she attended Saint Monica's Church and Saint Lucy's Church both in Methuen, MA.
According to her family, Margaret enjoyed cooking, baking, gardening, her dog and she especially loved time spent with her family.
She leaves her loving husband of 60 years John C. LaRue, Jr.
Her daughters Karen M. Marcello and her husband Dennis C. Marcello of Salem, NH and
Jane M. LaRue also of Salem, NH
Granddaughter Sarah Goodwin Martinath and her husband Jeffrey Martinath of Hinsdale, Ill.
3 Great grandchildren Serena, Ryan and Kayci Martinath.
Her beloved dog Missy.
As well as several nieces and nephews.
Margaret was predeceased by her brother Vincent "Jimmy" Napolitano and her two sisters Delphine Mambro and Angelina Harrington.

Her funeral mass will be celebrated on Friday, July 20th, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. in Saint Monica's Church in Methuen, Massachusetts and her burial will follow at the Saint Mary's Cemetery in Lawrence, MA.
