James Harrison Johnson, 58, of Ocilla died Sunday, July 15, 2012, at Irwin County Hospital. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 22, 2012, in the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals. Rev. Tommy Bridges will officiate with a private burial to be held at a later date.
Mr. Johnson was born on September 4, 1953 in Richmond, Virginia and was the son of Robert Neil Johnson and Edna West Johnson, both deceased. He was a retired drywall installer.
Mr. Johnson is survived by his wife, Connie Womack Johnson of Ocilla; three sisters and two brothers-in-law, Carol and Jerry Tucker of Irwinville, Susan and William Beheeler of Lenox and Karen Jones and her fiancé, Greene Bryant of Ocilla; eight nieces and nephews; four great-nieces; and five great-nephews.
