TRIA, Kathleen Frances (nee Lavery), age 79 a longtime resident of New Milford died Thursday, May 31, 2012. Beloved wife of the late John Tria. Devoted mother of John Tria and his wife Linda, Deborah Zayas, Robert Tria, and Darlene Feliconio and her husband Robert. Loving grandmother of John, Michael, Jerry, Daniel, Robert, and Triana. Dear sister of Ann McNulty. Kathleen began her career teaching special needs children. She later worked as a payroll administrator at the Bergen County Utility Authority in Hackensack. For many years she remained a dedicated parishioner of Ascension R.C. Church in New Milford. Funeral service Monday 8:30 AM from the Volk Leber Funeral Home, 789 Teaneck Rd., Teaneck then to Ascension RC Church for a 9:30 AM Mass of Christian Burial. Interment to follow at George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus. Family and friends are invited to visit Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations in her name to the Villa Marie Hospice Center, 12 West Saddle River Road Saddle River, NJ 07458 are appreciated by the family.
