Jeanne C. (Mroz) Holen, age 82 of Fall River, passed away on July 8, 2012 at home with her family by her side. She was the beloved wife of William Holen and the daughter of the late Stanley & Helen (Geary) Mroz. Jeanne was a parishioner of Holy Rosary Church, a member of the Emblem Club of the Fall River Elks Lodge, Sacred Heart Senior Citizens, the Pioneer-Partners of the Telephone Co., and the Westport Yacht Club.
Besides her husband of Fall River, Jeanne is survived by her daughters: Joyce Holen & Nancy Desmarais both of Fall River; grandchildren: Michelle Nogueira (husband Mark Jr.) and Scott Desmarais (wife Jennifer); great grandchildren: Kirstyn Nogueira & Mark Nogueira III; several nieces & nephews. She was predeceased by several brothers & sisters.
Her funeral will take place from the MANUEL ROGERS & SONS FUNERAL HOME, 1521 N. Main St., Fall River on WEDNESDAY here at 9:00 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Holy Rosary Church, 120 Beattie St., Fall River at 10:00 A.M. Interment in St. Patrick Cemetery.
