Joe Ann Allen, 79, of Clarksville, TN, died on Saturday, July 7, 2012 at Gateway Medical Center. She was born on March 9, 1933 in Springfield, TN to the late Thomas J. Brown and Mable Hopper Brown.
Graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 11, 2012 at 10 a.m. at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery-West with Rev. Jamie Mandrell officiating. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 10, 2012 from 1-7 p.m. at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home.
Joe was a housewife and member of Hillcrest Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Eurtice P. Allen of Clarksville, TN; four sons, Eurtice Dale Allen of Clarksville, TN, Terry Marshall Allen of Sango, TN, Mark Anthony Allen of Henrietta, TN, and Timothy J. Allen of Lebanon, TN; brother, Jimmy Brown of Springfield, TN; four sisters, Helen West of Springfield, TN, Wavelee Gamble of Cedar Hill, TN, Joyce Nell Justice of Antioch, TN, and Gloria Smith of Springfield, TN; seven grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
Family will serve as pallbearers.
