Worcester – Carmen L. Abraham, 26, of Worcester, died on Monday July 2nd after injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident on the Massachusetts Turnpike in Charlton.
Carmen was a fun loving person who always had a smile on her face. She will be missed dearly by her daughter Karlen J. Perez Abraham of Worcester; her mother, Idalia “Lily” Rosario of Worcester; her father, Jose Alberto Abraham of Dominican Republic; her brother, Jose Abraham of Worcester; her grandmothers and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Carmen was born in La Romana, Dominican Republic and graduated from Doherty High School in 2004. She worked as a home health aide for Clinical One and previously for Care Alternative Hospice. Miss Abraham was currently attending New England Tech to earn her degree in nursing.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 9th at 9 AM in Iglesia Evangelica of Worcester 9 Piedmont Street. Burial will follow in Hope Cemetery. Calling hours are on Sunday, July 8th from 5 to 8 PM in the funeral home. Memorial Contributions may be made to Karlen Perez Abraham and either mailed or dropped off at the Alfred Roy & Sons Funeral Home 12 Hammond St. Worcester, MA 01610 to fund a scholarship fund for Karlen.
