David N. Toye, 25, of Franklin died suddenly July 2 at his home.
Born in Weymouth, May 7, 1987, the son of Wayne and Joan (Downing) Toye of Franklin, Mr. Toye had lived in Franklin since 1989.
David was a graduate of Franklin High School class of 2005 and a graduate of the University of Vermont, class of 2011 with a degree in wildlife biology.
David enjoyed visiting and working at Ferry Beach in Maine.
David also enjoyed music, camping and nature.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brothers, Daniel R. and Steven J. Toye of Franklin.
He is also survived by his grandmothers, Barbara Downing of Franklin and Ida Toye of Chester, Vermont.
He is also survived by many aunts and uncles and cousins.
A Service in memory of David will be held on Saturday, July 7 in the First Universalist Church, 262 Chestnut St. in Franklin at 11:00 a.m.
Burial will be private.
Calling hours will be on Friday from 4-7 p.m. in the Ginley Funeral Home, 131 Main St. in Franklin.
