OXFORD – Rose M. (Kudzal) Wojciechowski, 94, died Monday, July 2, 2012 in Webster Manor after a period of declining health. Her husband of 67 years, Peter Wojciechowski, Jr., died in 2003.
She leaves 4 granddaughters; 2 great granddaughters; 5 great great grandsons; 2 brothers, Anthony Kudzal of Webster and Michael Kudzal of Dudley; nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Dorothy R. Piasta of Florida in 2004, by four brothers, Joseph Kudzal, Charles “Ski” Kudzal, Felix J. Kudzal and Felix P. Kudzal, and by a sister, Mary Kudzal.
She was born in Dudley and raised in Wilsonville, CT, the daughter of Francis and Tekla (Golab) Kudzal. She lived in Webster before moving to Oxford in 1960.
Mrs. Wojciechowski was a weaver at Stanley Woolen Company in Uxbridge before she retired in 1964. She was a member of Saint Ann’s Church in North Oxford.
The funeral will be held Friday, July 6, from the Sitkowski & Malboeuf Funeral Home, 340 School Street, Webster, with a Mass at 11:00 AM in Saint Ann’s Church, 654 Main Street, North Oxford. Burial will be in Saint Roch’s Cemetery. A calling period will be from 8:45 to 10:15 AM Friday, July 6, in the funeral home.
