Norton, Walter William Russell died June 27th 2012 at Epoch Senior Healthcare of Norton after a lengthy illness at the age of 82. He was born in Peterborough NH, Son of the late Charles and Hattie (Hall) Russell. He was educated in NH Schools. Mr. Russell worked for Cooks Amusement Parks in NJ as a Ride Operator, and also for Crystal Transport Co. as a Bus Driver. He was an avid fan of Roy Rogers, Gene Autry, and Hopalong Cassidy. He also enjoyed traveling with the Bus Co. He is survived by one daughter Karen Whitaker of Mansfield and her husband Howard Paul Jr, Three grandchildren Lacey Anne Whitaker, Howard Paul Whitaker III, and Sandra Evelyn Whitaker all of Mansfield. He was pre-deceased by his brother Charles Russell. Mr. Russell’s Funeral Services will be held Thursday at 7pm at the Taunton Funeral Home relatives and friends are invited to attend, visiting hours will be from 5-7 prior to service.
