Dear sister of Robert Saggese of Billerica and the late Rich Saggese. Cherished grandmother of Tanya Bagnera and lovingly survived by nieces and nephews. Visiting Hours in the Smith Funeral Home on Monday from 4-8PM. Services will conclude with interment at Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett. A lifelong Chelsea resident, Toni passed away at the Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston late Friday evening at the age of 67. In her early years she worked for John Hancock Insurance.
