TAUNTON – Maureen Marie (Paiva) Woodward, wife of Joseph S. Woodward, died at her Taunton home on June 27, 2012.
She was 47.
Born and raised in Taunton, she was the daughter of the Late Alfred and Olivia M. (Soares) Paiva.
Employed by the Mason Box Co. for 15 years, Maureen retired in 2008 due to illness.
In addition to her husband, she leaves two sons, Joseph S. Woodward, Jr. of Taunton, and Nathan R. Woodward of Fall River; a daughter, Brittni M. Woodward of Taunton; a grandson, Jaxon J. Woodward of Fall River; a godchild, Daniel Paiva, Jr. 3 brothers, 5 sisters, and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
She was also predeceased by a brother.
The family will receive visitors at the Silva Funeral Home, 80 Broadway, Taunton on Friday June 29th from 5 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. with Prayer Services to commence at 7:30 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests donations in Maureen’s name be made to the funeral home to help with her final expenses.
