Eva Dorothy Abdallah, 90, died Tuesday June 26, 2012, in Greenbriar Terrace Healthcare in Nashua, NH following a period of declining health. She was born in Lowell, MA on May 8, 1922, a daughter of the late Frank and Curina (Mello) Cortez. She was the widow of George Abdallah. Mrs. Abdallah was very dedicated to her family.
She is survived by one son, George Abdallah, five grandchildren; George, Rebecca, Matthew, Aimee and Christina, seven great grandchildren; Tyler, George, Lucas, Angelina, Jacob, Trinity and Thomas, two brothers Ludgerio and John, three sisters, Mary, Julia and Dorothy, as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a son, Thomas F. Adballah in 2000.
Calling hours were held on Friday, June 29, 2012 from 5-7pm at Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St, Derry, NH. A Liturgy of Christian Burial was celebrated on Saturday, June 30, 2012 at 10:30 am in St. Marks Church, One South Road, Londonderry, NH. The burial followed in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Lowell, MA.
