Eugenia P. (Sarikas) Chingris Hill age 95 of Salem, NH, died Monday at Salemhaven Nursing Home, Salem, NH.
She was born in Boston, MA, where she grew up and was educated.
She was a resident of Salem for the past 30 years.
Eugenia worked in accounts payable for BF Goodrich in Watertown, MA. She was an active member of St. David’s Episcopal Church in Salem, NH. She loved cooking and singing, and sang with the Salem Senior Singers and with the choir at church. She enjoyed baking, sewing, knitting, and crocheting. Eugenia wanted to thank all her friends that knew her.
She was the widow of the late Nicholas J. Chingris and Alexander Hill
She is survived by her Sons: Ted & his wife Maria Chingris of Mansfield, MA
Arthur Chingris of Salem, NH
Brother: Nicholas & his wife Venice Sarikas of Mansfield, MA
Sister: Valentine Wirrel of Washington
4 Grandchildren: Christina, Andrea, Nicholas, & Mark
4 Great Grandchildren: Troy, Sophie, Alexie, & Cole

Calling hours will be held Friday, June 22nd from 10AM -12 PM, followed by a funeral service at 12 Noon at Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main St, Salem, NH. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery, Salem, NH.
