Obituary

John J. “Jack” Foley, age 57, of Brockton died unexpectedly June 14, 2012 at the Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital. He was the beloved husband of Anne M. (Germain) Foley. Raised in Randolph, he was the son of the late Stanley J. and Ruth M. (Ryan) Foley. Jack was a graduate of Blue Hills Regional High School and received his Associates Degree from Blue Hills Technical School. He also served in the Army during the Vietnam era. For many years he had been employed by Amtrak as an electrician, and was a member of IBEW Local union 791. Jack was a loving Dad; his main interest was always his family. He also enjoyed camping, fishing and working on cars
In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons John J. Foley, Jr. of Surprise, AZ and James P. Foley of Brockton; two brothers Richard of S. Boston and Stanley of Randolph, two sisters Christine Campbell of Florida and Ruth LeVangie of Manomet, his Mother in Law Mona Germain of Rockland and many nieces and nephews.
Visiting Hours will be held in the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton Thursday 5-7pm with a Prayer Service at 7pm. Burial will be at a later date.
