Arnold W. Lopes, 78 of Fall River, passed away June 16, 2012. He was the son of the late Weber William Lopes & the late Maria Lucia (Torres) Lopes. Prior to retiring, Mr. Lopes worked as a Custodian at Bristol Community College for 10 years.
Arnold is survived by his brothers: Steven Lopes (wife Brenda) of Fall River & Laurence Lopes (wife Annabelle) of Swansea; uncle of Kristina & William Lopes; several cousins & nieces.
His private funeral will take place from the MANUEL ROGERS & SONS FUNERAL HOME, 1521 N. Main St. Fall River on THURSDAY at 8:00 A.M. followed By a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Michael Church at 9:00 A.M. Interment in St. Patrick Cemetery. Private calling hours WEDNESDAY 4-7 P.M. In lieu of flowers, kindly make donations to the Fall River Animal Rescue League & Fall River Animal Hospital.
