Obituary

Virginia "Gin" M. Foley, 91, of Manchester died June 11, 2012 at the Hillsborough County Nursing Home surrounded by her loving family.
She was born on September 7, 1920, in Manchester the daughter of Max and Maude (Biggs) Grendel.
She was educated in the Manchester school system and graduated from Manchester High School West.
For many years she was employed as a cashier at the First National Store and later had worked for the Manchester School Department.
Her passions were cooking, music, dancing, crocheting, sewing, and reading.
She was a devout Christian.
The family wishes to express their deepest gratitude for the loving care Gin received from the staff of the Hillsborough County Nursing Home and Hospice Care.
Members of her family include two daughters, Virginia Lee Gilman of Long Beach, CA, Patricia Moynihan of Lahaina, Hawaii; a foster daughter, Kathy Talbot of Candia, NH; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; two sisters, Dorothy M. Ullrich of Goffstown and Patricia Edna Horner of Epsom, NH; many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a son John "Jack" Foley in 2006.
Funeral services were private at the convenience of the family.
