Devoted father of Edward Hudson, Roberta Stirling, Janet Spirito, Robert Hudson Jr. and the late Jane Reilly. Step-father of Robert McIrney, Karen Fedele and Ellen Cutler. Also survived by 13 grandchildren.
Retired Detective, Boston Police Dept. World War II Veteran, U.S. Navy. Recipient of the Purple Heart.

Relatives and friends kindly invited. Visitation prior to Mass from 8-9:30 AM in the funeral home. Interment Highland Cemetery, Norwood.
