NICHOLS, JUDY MAE, 63, passed away on June 7, 2012.
She was an employee of Norton's Hospital where she worked for 25 years.
She is survived by her devoted husband of 36 years, Larry Nichols; her children, Tammy Anderson (Bruce), Renada Boone (Stacy), Teresa Duff, Scott Nichols (Angela), Bill Ray (Stephanie) and Charlie Nichols (Stephanie); thirteen grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
Funeral services will be noon Monday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m.-8 p.m. on Saturday and from 9 a.m.-8 p.m. Sunday.
