Witherington, Scott Alan 37 of Louisville passed away Tuesday June 5, 2012 at Baptist Hospital East.
Born in Cincinnati, Ohio, he was a graduate of Manuel High School in 1994, a true Louisville Cardinal fan, and an avid Nascar fan.
Scott is survived by his parents Joseph A. and Joyce Witherington, Grandparents Joseph A. Witherington Sr and Mary Jane Brand. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and his dog Brodie. His Funeral Service will be 1 pm Friday June 8, 2012 at Owen Funeral Home-Jeffersontown 9318 Taylorsville Rd. Burial will be at Resthaven Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 2-8pm at the Funeral Home. A special thanks to his nurse and friend William Hissam. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the Kentucky Humane Society.
