Of Amery, Wisconsin. Passed away June 2, 2012. Preceded in death by parents, grandson Romaine La Plante, sister LaVonne Gunderson and brother Roger La Plante. Survived by loving wife Barbara; children Jim (Emily), Joe, Jerry, Jon (Cheryl), Diane and Gayle (David) Johnson; brother Dick; sisters Sherry (Joe) Bernier, Renee (Will) Anderson; 11 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Memorial Gathering Saturday (6/9) 3-7:00 PM at SANDBERG FUNERAL HOME, 2593 E. 7th Ave., North St. Paul. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
