Funeral Service in the J. Frank Conley Funeral Home 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton Friday at 11 am. Burial in Melrose Cemetery. Visitation Friday 10 – 11 am.

Mary L. (Boleman) Nowlin 90 years died Tuesday evening at BayPointe Nursing and Rehabilitation after a brief illness. She was born in Salem, Mass. daughter of the late Ernest A. and Henrietta (Vincent) Boleman. She was a graduate of Belden School of Nursing in Chicago, Illinois and had worked at the Wales Home and Eleanor Rest Home both in Brockton. Mrs. Nowlin was a member of L.I.F.E. (Living Independently for Equality)While a resident of BayPointe Mrs. Nowlin was actively involved in the resident community.She loved crocheting, ceramics, reading, music and collecting cats.
Mrs. Nowlin is survived by 3 sons Harold A. Nowlin of West Bridgewater, Charles E. Nowlin of Rindge, New Hampshire and Robert L. Nowlin of Seabrook, New Hampshire. She also leaves 14 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
She was the mother of the late Richard F. Nowlin and Ralph E. Boleman and sister of the late Charles Boleman.
Mrs. Nowlin was also the longtime companion of the late Donald A. Glidden
