Manchester– Irene V. Fraser, 94, died June 1, 2012 at Mount Carmel Nursing Home following a brief illness.
She was born in Manchester on May 11, 1918 the daughter of Ludger and Anna (Normandin) Paradis and had been a lifelong resident of Manchester.
Prior to her retirement she had been employed by St. Mary’s Bank.
She enjoyed spending time with her family, yard sales, traveling, reading and watching her soap opera’s.
Family members include many nieces, nephews and cousins.
A calling hour will take place on Thursday from 8:30 to 9:30 AM at J. N. Boufford & Sons Funeral Home, 110 Bridge St. A memorial mass of Christian burial will follow at 10 AM in Ste. Marie Church, 378 Notre Dame Ave.
Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
