TIERNEY, JUNELLA (TRAPP), 87, of Louisville passed away Tuesday May 29, 2012 at the Baptist East Hospital.
Junella was a native of Menomonie, WI, a retired switchboard operator for Humana Corp.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 20 years, John Joseph Tierney Jr.
Survivors include her five stepchildren, Barbara Brewer, Terry Tierney, Kathy Meredith (Mike), Kevin Tierney (Brenda) and James Tierney (Dawn); 15 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; and a sister, Louise Lieburn (Curt).
Graveside services will be held 1:30 p.m. Monday at the Lebanon National Cemetery, Lebanon, KY. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Friday and 9-11 a.m. Monday at the Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy.
