DUDLEY – Lorraine M. (Bonnette) Porter, age 73, formerly of West Main Street, joined her husband in eternal life on Monday, April 26. Her husband of 38 years, Lawrence E. Porter, died in 1989.
She leaves 2 sons, Marc F. Porter of Escondide, CA, and Michael C. Porter of Hardwick; 3 daughters, Edwina P., wife of Michael Lewandowski of Somerset, Valerie A., wife of Michael Krogul of Quinebaug, CT, and Stephanie J., wife of Dennis Pikora of Sammamish, WA; and 12 grandchildren.
She was born in Webster, daughter of Alfred J. and Josephine V. (Nytko) Bonnette. She graduated from Bartlett High School in 1948. She was a member of Saint Anthony of Padua Church.
The funeral will be held Friday, April 30, from the Scanlon Funeral Service, East Main Street, Webster, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in Saint Anthony of Padua Church, 24 Dudley Hill Road. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Webster. Calling hours are from 5:00 to 7:00 PM Thursday, April 29, in the funeral home. Donations are requested to the Lorraine M.
