Allison, Jr., Charles Joseph, 57, of Louisville passed away May 24, 2012. He was a member of Faith Chapel Baptist Church and retired from JCPS as a plant operator.
He is preceded in death by his daughter, Kathy Jo Allison; father, Charles Allison, Sr.; and brother, Paul Allison.
Survivors include his sons, John J. Allison (Nikki) and Christopher D. Allison; six grandchildren; mother, Alice D. (Murphy) Allison; brother, James Allison (Sandy); sisters, Sharon Saylor (Jackie), Selina Madden (Kenny), Cindy Allison; special cousin, Phyllis Murphy; several nieces and nephews; many friends; and his second family, The Gamblins.
A Celebration of life will be held 1pm Thursday at Faith Chapel General Baptist Church, 4720 Dover Road, Louisville, KY 40216.
