WALKER. Katherine "Kitty" L. (Mattingly), 49, passed away May 27, 2012 at home surrounded by her family. Kitty was and avid Bunco player and a loving wife, mother, nana, sister, and friend.
She is preceded in death by her daughter, Cortney Ann Hobgood; parents, John, Sr. and Dorothy Mattingly; and sister, Judy Mattingly.
Survivors include her husband Jerry "Tank" Walker, Jr.; daughter, Nicole Belcher (Troy King); granddaughter, Trinity King; son-in-law, Jeff Hobgood; brothers, John A. Mattingly, Jr. and Cully Mattingly (Carolyn); step mom, JoAnn Skees; and two step sisters.
Funeral service will be 1pm Friday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with entombment to follow in Bethany Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday 12-8.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that all donations be made to Owen Funeral Home.
