Margaret S. (Robertson) Hailer, 78, of Franklin died May 28 in Norwood Hospital. She was the wife of the late Bernard F. Hailer.
Born in Norwood, November 25, 1933, the daughter of the late James and Margaret (Nicholson) Robertson, Mrs. Hailer was raised in Dedham and had lived in Franklin for over fifty years.
Mrs. Hailer had been a dispatcher for Accept Transportation for many years before retiring.
She is survived by her son Charles B. Hailer and his wife Gina of Somers, CT and her daughter Elizabeth M. Paxton and her husband Gregory of Uxbridge.
She is also survived by her sisters, Pauline Hogg of Medfield and Alice Simpson of Holliston.
She is also survived by her grandchildren, Annette, Justin, Brendan, Brittany, Ryan and Jessie.
Her funeral service will be held on Friday, June 1 in the Ginley Crowley Funeral Home 3 Barber St. in Medway at 10:00 a.m.
Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Medway.
Calling hours will be on Thursday from 4-8 p.m.
