Lashley, Charles H., 79, native of Edmondson, Co. passed away May 25, 2012 at home. He was a member of Community General Baptist Church and was an Army veteran of the Korean War. Charles retired from Lorillard Tobacco as a mechanic.
Survivors include his wife of 18 years, Mary (Warner) Lashley; children, Charles J. Lashley, Debbie Newton (David), and Donna Hawkins (Bill); seven grandchildren; one great grandchild; brothers, Melba, James, Jack, and Don Lashley; and sister Janice Miller.
Funeral service will be 11am Wednesday at Community General Baptist Church, 5115 Cane Run Road with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens, West. Visitation will be Tuesday 2-8 at the church. Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway in charge of arrangements.
