Albert J. Terilli, of Medford, died Wednesday at the Winchester Hospital. He was 92. Born and raised in East Boston, he was the son of the late Raymond and the late Theodora (Todisco) Terilli. He served in the Army during World War II and participated in combat throughout the Pacific, including Guadalcanal. He worked as a truck driver with his family’s moving company, Terilli Movers and then later with Paris Paper and Piantedosi Bakery. He was a member of Post 45 of the American Legion in Medford.
The beloved husband of the late Carmella “Camille” (LoGiudice), He was a devoted father of Teddi LaMarca and her husband Louis of Tewksbury, Raymond Terilli and his wife Patricia of Burlington, Albert Terilli, Jr of Medford, Dennis T. Terilli and his wife Patricia of Haverhill. Albert is lovingly survived by 13 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. He was a dear brother to Stella Masiello of Winthrop and the late Joseph and John Terilli, Frances Fernandez, Angie Battaglia and Mary LoGiudice.
His funeral will be from the McLaughlin-Dello Russo Funeral Home, 60 Pleasant St., Woburn, Saturday, May 26th at 9 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Raphael Church, 512 High Street, Medford, at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend and may visit with the family, Friday from 4 thru 8 PM. Services will conclude with burial at St. Michael Cemetery, Roslindale.
