Liberty "Eleutheria" (Condos) Lianides, 89, died Wednesday, May 23, 2012. Born July 7, 1922 in Thompson , CT to Vay and Helen Condos, Libby grew up in Dudley, and was a member of Sts Constantine & Helen Greek Orthodox Church. She was a devoted wife to Thomas W. Lianides, who predeceased her in 1972. She was employed at Woodbury & Company from 1969 until her retirement in 1987. She was honored to be a volunteer at UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester for over 15 years. She leaves behind two daughters and their husbands: Constance and Norman Hendrickson and Barbara Lianides-Chin and Kenneth Chin; as well as three grandchildren: Jonathan Hendrickson, who is married to Rebecca Hendrickson; Victoria Hendrickson; and Cristos Lianides-Chin. Her great-grandchildren, Jaedyn and Alyssandra Hendrickson brought her much joy in the latter years of her life. She is also survived by her brother and his wife, Vasil and Despina Condos; her sister, Athena Cooney; and numerous nieces and nephews around the world. Funeral services under the direction of Nordgren Memorial Chapel, 300 Lincoln Street will be held privately.
