Frank J. Lamparelli, Sr. age 78 of Canton passed away unexpectedly May 19th. Born in Boston, he was raised in Dorchester and graduated from Boston Tech and Norwich University. He was an Army Veteran of the Korean War. He was the President of the Frank Lamparelli Oil Co. in Canton for many years. Mr. Lamparelli was also a member of the Sharon Country Club and summered in Falmouth where he was a member of the Falmouth Men’s Club. Beloved husband of Helen A. (Kuzmich). Father of Frank J. Jr. of Canton, Michael D. & his wife Susan of Stoughton & Rhonda M. Wight & her husband Kevin of Ballston Spa, NY. Grandfather of Nina, Liana & Francesca Lamparelli all of Canton, Derek & Chiara Lamparelli both of Stoughton & Brandon & Lindsay Wight both of Ballston Spa, NY. Brother of John, Vincent & Joseph Lamparelli. Visiting hours at the Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home 455 Washington St. Canton Wednesday 4-8 pm. Funeral mass at St. Gerard Majella Church Canton Thursday morning at 10. Interment Canton Corner Cemetery.
