Richard P. Marconi, 67 of Salem formerly of Medford died Thursday in the Pilgrim Rehab Center Peabody after a long illness.
Born in Boston, he was the son of the late Philip and Virginia (DeFeo) Marconi.
Mr. Marconi was the former owner of a Gym in Haverhill. Richard was a body builder and a former boxer.
Mr. Marconi was the husband ofLorraine (Beaulieu). Devoted father of Lisa King and her husband Robert of Salem. Loving grandfather of Sabrina King. Brother of the late Roger Marconi. Nephew of Leon DeFeo of Salem, NH
A memorial mass will celebrated Thursday at 9 AM in St. Raphael Church, 514 High Street, Medford the Rev. Kevin G. Toomey officiating. Interment will be in Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
Visiting hours have been respectfully omitted.
