Obituary

TEWKSBURY: Robert George Terris, age 22, a lifelong resident of Tewksbury, died Sunday, April 25, 2004 from injuries sustained in an accident while riding his motorcycle on Rte. 38 in Tewksbury.

Born in Lowell on April 22, 1982, he was the son of George R. and Joyce A. (Lisay) Terris of Tewksbury.

Mr. Terris attended Tewksbury schools and was graduated from Tewksbury Memorial High School with the class of 2000.

During his high school years, he played for the Tewksbury Redmen Football Team as an offensive and defensive lineman.

He was currently a student Middlesex Community College in Bedford.

In addition, Mr. Terris worked for the Kidco Paving Company of Chelmsford for the past 2 years.

He loved riding his motorcycle and restoring his 1970 and 1988 Ford Mustangs.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by 2 sisters; Shelley A. DeGrechie, a teacher at the Dewing School in Tewksbury and her husband Tony DeGrechie and Christine M. Terris all of Tewksbury; his maternal grandparents; Cecile (Masse) Lisay and Edward J. Lisay of Lowell; his paternal grandmother; Elizabeth (Cushing) Terris of Lowell; also many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Mr. Terris was the grandson of the late James A. Terris.

Calling hours Wednesday from 3-8 p.m. at the FARMER & DEE FUNERAL HOME, 16 LEE ST., TEWKSBURY. His funeral will be held Thursday at 9 a.m. from the funeral home, followed by his Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. at St. Williams Church, 1351 Main St., Rte. 38, Tewksbury. Interment at St. Mary Cemetery, Tewksbury
