Muriel M. “Peggy” (D’Entremont) Hembrough, age 83 of Salem, NH, died Thursday at the Methuen Health & Rehab Center.
She was born in East Boston, MA, where she grew up and attended schools. She was the daughter of the late Joseph H. & Caroline E. (Babin) D’Entremont. She was a resident of Salem for the past 47 years.
Peggy worked for New England Telephone in Boston, MA for many years. She was a member of Mary Queen of Peace Church in Salem. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, & Bible study. Most of all Peggy was an avid poet and loved poetry.
She was predeceased by her husband Frederick Hembrough and her brother Peter D’Entremont.

Calling hours will be Monday, May 21st from 4-8 PM at Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main St., Salem, NH.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday, May 22nd at 10:30 AM at Mary Queen of Peace Church. Burial is in Pine Grove Cemetery, Salem, NH.
