Marie Ragsdale, age 80, of Douglas, GA passed away on Tuesday, May 15, 2012, at Winder Health Care and Rehab Center, in Winder, GA an extended illness. Ms. Ragsdale was born on October 4, 1931, to the late Jessie Moore and Myrtice O’Neal Moore in Alapaha, GA.
Survivors include: two daughters, Nancy R. Floyd and Jeannine Kent, both of Winder, GA; three sons, Rodney Ragsdale, Harold Ragsdale, both of Douglas, GA, and Micky Ragsdale, of Ames, IA; one brother, Joseph Moore, of Macclenny, FL; one sister, Kathryn Parks, of Jacksonville, FL; twelve grandchildren. Several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Service will be held on Friday, May 18, 2012 at 2 :00 p.m. at St. Paul Catholic Church with Father Dan O’Connell officiating. Interment followed at Satilla Gardens.
